The more notice, the better! This will ensure we are able to accommodate you in our schedule. With this being said, at least 3 days notice to schedule an appointment is ideal.
Photos, 360 tours and videos are delivered next day.
Deliverables are sent via email. Please ensure we have your preferred email contact.
The amount of time will vary depending on the size of the property and what other services we are performing. In general, allow at least 1-1.5 hours. At the time of booking, we can determine a more accurate time frame.
We focus on and photograph finished spaces of a property only. We don’t include closets due to privacy reasons unless it has been staged. We will only photograph an unfinished space if it is requested such as an unfinished basement or garage.
Generally for photography, we shoot rain or shine. We offer a “picture perfect” sky in your photos every time!
For videography or drone services, it is best to reschedule for a clear day. Please be mindful of the forecast to ensure you are able to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to a cancellation/reschedule to avoid a fee. Under 24 hours notice, a $150 cancellation fee will be billed to you.
Please ensure all staging and cleaning is done prior to the appointment time. We shoot the property as-is. You may want to consider removing personal belongings, ensuring dishes are put away, toilet seats are down, beds are made and the backyard is set up accordingly. We offer one complimentary edit to your video. Please ensure you are sending all high quality logos, headshots, etc. by email beforehand. Multiple edits will be subject to a fee.
